Before we get into the amazing uses of this flower, let’s go over some basic GUIDELINES as these will apply to any herb you work with:

*Prior to starting an herbal regimen, speak with a licensed *physician.

*Herbal medicines (sometimes called supplements) come in     flower, capsules, tinctures, and essential oils.

*Essential oils SHOULD NEVER BE INGESTED.

*Essential oils should be mixed with a carrier oil and tested on a small patch of skin to test for allergic reactions.

*ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU ARE UNSURE.

*The herbal market isn’t licensed by the FDA, making research necessary. There are excellent and well- known herbal manufacturers online as well as brick and mortar. Read customer reviews and ask for lab results if applicable.
