People live under the assumption that essential oils last forever when they don’t due to their volatile nature. The more you open the bottle, the more likelihood of your oil evaporating. How long your essential oil last depends on the oil type and how you store it. You never want to expose essential oils to direct sunlight, instead store your essential oils in a cabinet. All essential oils bottles have an expiration date on them, it can usually be found on the bottom of the bottle.
