I’ve been writing about essential oils for a little while now and love sharing what I learn and herbal blends with my audience. With the increased interest in herbal remedies and essential oils comes questions about usage. I am glad to see people are doing research before trying essential oils because that is the smart way to do it. You don’t just use things because some blogger told you to. You take the knowledge provided and do the homework. It’s smart and safe.

Spearmint essential oil can be used to treat digestive disorders, muscle pains, nervous migraine, and fatigue.
What is black spruce essential oil used for?
Black spruce essential oil can be used to alleviate symptoms of bronchial infections, sinus congestion. Arthritis, rheumatism, gout, overworked muscles and pains, tendonitis, and cellulite.
What is the best essential oil for toenail fungus?
The best essential oil to treat toenail fungus hands down is Tea tree oil also called Melaleuca oil. Here’s an herbal recipe to treat this annoying condition:
8 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
5 drops Oregano Essential Oil
4 drops Thyme Essential Oil
4 drops Lemon Essential Oil
Coconut oil, to fill
2 oz dropper bottle
In a 2 oz dropper essential oil bottle, add tea tree, oregano, thyme, and lemon essential oils, top with coconut oil to fill
What is clary sage used for?
Clary sage essential oil can be used to alleviate symptoms of PMS, endometriosis, hot flashes, muscle aches and pains, muscle fatigue, headaches, excessive, loss of concentration, insomnia, nervousness, anxiety, and stress.
