What Are We Drinking: Dr. Heidemanns Bergweiler Riesling 2016
Pair With: I paired this with shrimp alfredo.
Description: You know the wine you sipped that on initial taste, you were stopped in your tracks? For me, it is this one. We all know Dr. Heidemanns makes damn good Riesling, and this was no exception. From Mosel, Germany on the nose peach, pear, citrus, and floral notes. On the tongue, this wine is medium bodied with apple, peach, honey and pear notes. Not too sweet or dry, this wine is just right. Enjoy well chilled and enjoy the flavor profile.
My Rating: 95/100
