The Wine Down: Fermented in stainless steel tanks, this wine is deep salmon in color with aromas of strawberry and raspberry. On the palate you get flavor notes of red fruits and blackberry. Light in mouth feel but intense and balanced in flavor. Nice acidity which makes it quite refreshing during these Sahara like temps we’re experiencing in Florida right now 😊. I drank this alone but it can be enjoyed with a light meal featuring seafood
