Color/Appearance: medium straw

Dry/Sweet/Body: off dry, light bodied

Balance/ Acidity/Finish: balanced in flavors with a crisp acidity contributing to a refreshing finish

Aromas: citrus, bell pepper

Taste/Description: Even though it took several sips to get into this wine, this one is a good, relaxing everyday drink. On the nose you get fresh citrus and a slight grass smell. These are all characteristics of a Sauvignon Blanc. On first sip its tangy with citrus flavors with a hint of bell pepper at the end. The herbaceous notes are not overpowering. Sip chilled.
