What Are We Drinking: David Akiyoshi California Pinot Noir 2020

Region: California

ABV: 13.8%

Cost: $15

Summary: Pinot Noir is the only red wine I find okay to drink during the summer due to its softer tannins. As always, Akiyoshi has a wine for that. This Pinot Noir has nots of cherry, raspberry and, just when you think the sip is over, it ends with a hint of spicy clove.
Drink slightly chilled or at room temperature. Paired with a charcuterie board.
