Taste/Description: I love Apothic Wines, whether it’s their white wines or red, I always have a pleasant experience. This wine is pleasant on the nose with aromas of red fruit and chocolate. On the palate you get raspberry jam, red berries, chocolate and caramel. I initially enjoyed this wine alone after dinner because I knew the chocolate notes would keep me from craving fatty desserts. 
