Black pepper essential oil is a warm oil that stimulates sluggish digestive systems and poor circulation.

Herbal:  Black Pepper Essential Oil

Properties:   analgesic, anti-infectious, antimicrobial, antiseptic, circulatory, diuretic, tonic, nervine, restorative    

Therapeutic Uses:  general aches and pains, stomach cramp, digestive problems, rheumatism, circulatory conditions, exhaustion

Blends Well With:  bay, bergamot, cardamom, cinnamon leaf, clary sage, clove bud, sweet fennel, geranium, ginger, grapefruit, juniper berry, lavender, lemon, lemongrass, lime, mandarin, sweet marjoram, nutmeg, sweet orange, palmarosa, patchouli, rose absolute, rosemary, sage, sandalwood, tea tree, ylang ylang

How to Use Black Pepper Essential Oil:

Arthritis: Mix 3 drops of black pepper essential oil with 1 teaspoon coconut oil, massage into areas of concern.

Colds & Flu:  Blend 3 drops black pepper oil with 1 tsp grapeseed oil, massage into chest.

Constipation & Indigestion: Blend 3 drops black pepper oil with 1 tsp grapeseed oil, massage into abdomen in clockwise direction.

Detox:  Mix 3 drops of black pepper essential oil with 1 teaspoon coconut oil, massage into feet.

Nausea: Place two drops onto a clean tissue, inhale when you feel nauseous.

Poor Circulation: Mix 3 drops of black pepper essential oil with 1 teaspoon coconut oil, massage into feet.

Stiff Muscles:  Blend 3 drops black pepper oil with 1 tsp grapeseed oil, massage into affected muscles.

Pre-Workout: Blend 4 drops black pepper oil wit 1 tablespoon coconut oil, massage into large muscle groups prior to working out.

Memory Loss: Add 3 drops black essential oil to essential oil diffuser. This helps enhance concentration and improve memory.
