Therapeutic Uses: insomnia, convalescence, digestive problems, stress related conditions, scar tissue, skin regenerating, acne, problematic skin, stretch marks, nervousness, depression, mental exhaustion, tension
Blends Well With: bergamot, black pepper, cardamon, chamomile, clary sage, frankincense, geranium, jasmine, lavender, lemon, magnolia leaf, mandarin, sweet orange, petitgrain, rose otto, rosewood, sandalwood, ylang ylang
Deep Sleep Diffuser (makes ONE treatment)
20 drops Neroli Essential Oil
2 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
2 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
Add all the essential oils directly to your essential oil diffuser, set a timer and get some rest.
15ML Jojoba Oil
7 drops Ginger Essential Oil
4 drops Orange Essential Oil
2 drops Neroli Essential Oil
2 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil
Place all ingredients in a sturdy plastic bottle, shake to mix and apply to affected areas.
Mood Balance Diffuser
30 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
30 drops Neroli Essential Oil
15 drops Jasmine Essential Oil
Add all the essential oils to a dark glass essential oil bottle, gently swirl to blend. Remember to label.
Add 10 drops to essential oil diffuser and diffuse in 30-minute increments (30 minutes on/then 30 minutes off).
